 Location. This traditional Austrian farm is
situated in the Tauern valley 2 km from the historic town of Radstadt.
Features. This is a traditional working farm, owned and run by the Holzmann family. B&B is available
in the farmhouse. The newer chalet-style apartment house consists of 6 large apartments, which can sleep up to 6 people. All the
apartments are fitted to a high standard and include kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, living room with a sofa bed and separate
bedroom with another galleried sleeping area, bathroom and WC. All apartments have a balcony or terrace. In this house there is a
sauna and solarium, at an extra charge and also a ski and drying room in the cellar. The farm is a dairy farm with cows, pigs, goats,
ducks, rabbits and cats. Children can have free rides on the ponies. In the garden there is a grill hut, where occasionally the family
have grill evenings. This is an ideal place summer or winter and the Holzmann family will give you a warm welcome.
Expert Tip. A car is an advantage when staying on this farm as the ski bus does not stop nearby. You might wish try fresh
local bakery selection and dairy products from the farm. |
